No rollover sessions, allowed. Includes one family pass. You are allowed to add two beneficiaries. In the event you can't utilize your monthly treatment one of your listed beneficiaries can take advantage. A $12 membership fee is added at start of package date. All treatments are 1 hour in duration and include a complimentary consultation. All clients must undergo a covid screening over the phone and in person prior to treatment. This package is over a 12 month duration on a monthly bases. No refunds available.
